The purpose of these Terms of Service is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Rolladay Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its users in connection with the use of the schedule management app service 'Taskit' (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
1. "User" means a person who uses the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
2. "Content" means any information created or uploaded by the User, including schedules, events, tasks, and notes.
3. "Paid Service (Taskit PRO)" means the premium features and subscription-based services provided by the Company for a fee.
1. These Terms shall become effective for all users who wish to use the Service.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws. If the Company amends the Terms, it shall be announced within the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
1. The Company provides schedule management, task reminders, and Taskit PRO premium services.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms:
a) Taskit PRO is provided as an auto-renewable subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
b) Payment will be charged to your Store Account (Apple ID/Google Account) at confirmation of purchase.
c) Subscription automatically renews unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
d) Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
e) You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account Settings at any time after purchase.
1. All billing and refunds for Taskit PRO are handled exclusively by the respective App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
2. Users must request refunds through the App Store's customer support. The Company does not have direct authority to process refunds or access billing information handled by the platform.
The Company may limit all or part of the Service in the following cases:
1. When service inspection is necessary for technical reasons.
2. In the event of force majeure, such as system failure.
3. In the event of other reasons why the Company cannot provide the Service.
1. The Company shall not be liable for the inability to provide the Service due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
2. The Company is not responsible for any disruption in the use of the Service due to the User's fault.
3. The Company is not responsible for the loss of any expected profits by the User. The user is solely responsible for backing up their own content.
4. The Company shall not be liable for any transactions or disputes between Users or third parties.
1. Users shall comply with relevant laws and shall not engage in any activity that interferes with the Company's business.
2. Users shall not use the information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without prior consent of the Company.
1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
2. The copyright for the "Content" created by the User belongs to the User. However, the Company may use the content for service operation and improvement within a limited scope.
1. Lawsuits filed between the Company and the User shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court governing the area of the Company's headquarters.
These Terms will be effective from December 24, 2024.
